UNIC / Les Batignolles Paris 17
A new chapter in Parisian urban planning
The UNIC project has the potential to become an icon of Parisian architecture and set a new benchmark in terms of sustainable development and careful consideration of tomorrow’s urban habitat.
In conjunction with architects M.A.D and Christian Biecher, Emerige has created a 50-metre high complex that unfolds as a succession of suspended terraces overlooking the Parc Martin Luther King. Offering 83 apartments for first-time buyers, 48 social housing units, a day nursery and a shared greenhouse, this eco-community will be home to an ambitious artwork by Tobias Rehberger, which will mark the entrance to the future Pont Cardinet metro station (Line 14).
This iconic project offers its residents a high-quality living environment that invites calm and sociability in several ways: its architectural solutions, the exceptional location facing the green open spaces of the park opposite and resident access to the shared greenhouse.
